The 2026 Forks & Corks Festival once again brought together the people, flavors, and stories that make Sarasota-Manatee Originals unique. Now in its 19th year, the festival showcased locally owned, independent restaurants alongside winemakers from around the world, transforming the Suncoast into a destination for culinary and wine experiences.
Winemaker Dinners Across the Region
More than 25 winemaker dinners took place throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties, pairing visiting winemakers with Sarasota-Manatee Originals member restaurants for intimate evenings of collaboration and creativity.
Guests experienced:

Forks & Corks University
Forks & Corks University offered a deeper dive into wine education through guided master classes led by industry experts.
From terroir-driven tastings to rare library vintages, these sessions provided a unique opportunity for guests to expand their wine knowledge in an intimate setting.
The Grand Tasting
The week concluded with the Grand Tasting at the Ringling Museum courtyard, where more than 1,400 guests gathered for an afternoon celebrating food and wine.
The event sold out in under two minutes, reflecting the enthusiasm and support for Sarasota-Manatee Originals and its member restaurants.
