SET THE BAR

2026 Set The Bar / Get Your Tickets Early!

Set The Bar | Ed Smith Stadium | Sarasota | Sunday, April 19th!

Designed to showcase the creative beverage talents behind the area’s locally owned, independent restaurants, Set The Bar’s cocktail competition highlights accomplished mixologists representing establishments from the northern tip of Anna Maria Island to the southern shores of Venice Beach. “The Best” libations are decided by an expert panel, while event guests sample and savor each creation before judging competitors on Flavor, Appearance, Bartender Presentation, and Imagination — and voting for their favorite cocktail to win the overall People’s Choice Cocktail award.

In addition to the cocktail competition, Set The Bar also features the Bar Bites Competition, where guests sample signature food items from participating restaurants and vote for their favorite bar bite.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to some of the most skilled culinary and beverage innovators in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, along with live entertainment, a chance drawing, and an unforgettable afternoon celebrating our local restaurant community.
