The 2026 Forks & Corks Online Auction will once again feature a curated selection of rare wines, luxury travel, and exclusive dining experiences—generously donated by supporters of Sarasota-Manatee Originals.
Bidding will take place exclusively online. Proceeds directly support the 70+ locally owned, independent restaurants that are part of the Sarasota-Manatee Originals. Thank you for helping us champion our local culinary community.

Is this Auction a fundraiser?
Funds raised by the Forks & Corks Online Food and Wine Auction are dedicated to promoting and sustaining the over 70 local independent area restaurants that are members of the Sarasota-Manatee Originals.
Do the items and certificates have restrictions?
Items and certificates may include restrictions. Any restrictions will be provided in the description of the item/package.
When can I pick up the items/packages that I have won?
Winners attending the Grand Tasting on January 24 may pick up their items at the event between 3pm and 4pm.
Winners who do not collect their items during that time will be notified and provided with pickup instructions following the event.
Do I have to be over 21 to bid on an item?
Bidders must be over 21 to bid on any items that include wine or alcohol.
