Join us for an intimate Chef’s Table dinner featuring a four-course, chef-curated tasting menu inspired by bold Mexican flavors and seasonal ingredients. This seated experience offers a closer look into our kitchen’s creativity, with each course thoughtfully composed and presented by our culinary team.
Guests will begin with a Pulpo Aguachile Tostadita on black corn tortilla, followed by chipotle char-grilled shrimp with guajillo–mango mole and fresh mango pico de gallo. The main course features slow-braised pancita in red pipián with warm cabbage salad and avocado crema, ending with a Chocolate Abuelita tiramisu finished with café de olla syrup.
