Join us for an evening with Rombauer winemaker Andrew Halloway, featuring a tasting of five Rombauer wines paired with five family-style Pan Asian dishes by the Kojo culinary team celebrating wine, food, and connection.
1st Course
Madai, Aji Amarillo & Coconut / snapper, white soy yuzu vinaigrette, fresh citrus, finger lime / Paired with Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course
Hokkaido Scallop & Uni – warm black truffle butter, house ponzu, meyer lemon zest / Paired with Chardonnay
3rd Course
Miso Glazed Black Cod – roasted king trumpet & maitake mushrooms, asparagus, soy-yuzu broth / Paired with Pinot Noir
4th Course
Grilled Australian Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye, served with shishito peppers, roasted garlic, and a selection of signature steak sauces. Accompanied by family-style sides of Wok Charred Bok Choy and Miso Glazed Eggplant / Paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
5th Course
Chocolate Bar – ginger-lime caramel, candied nuts, sea salt, praline ice cream / Paired with Zinfandel
