Forks & Corks Winemaker Dinner | Harry’s Continental Kitchen + Jean-Marc Brocard
As part of the Sarasota-Manatee Originals Forks & Corks Festival, Harry’s Continental Kitchens invites guests to an intimate evening celebrating one of Chablis’ most respected family-owned estates, Jean-Marc Brocard.
Founded in 1974, the Jean-Marc Brocard vineyard is the most diverse family-owned wine estate in Chablis. Guided by generations of tradition, the Brocard family is deeply committed to sustainability and a philosophy that allows each wine to express a true sense of place.
The evening begins with a welcoming wine reception, followed by a four-course menu thoughtfully shaped by the vibrant palate, minerality, and elegance of Jean-Marc Brocard’s Chablis wines. Each dish is designed to complement and elevate the wines, creating a seamless connection between plate and glass.
Guests will enjoy a guided tasting led by Guillaume Hoog, along with beautiful cuisine, expressive wines, and engaging conversation in the warm, classic setting Harry’s is known for.
