Mattison’s will be offering two Chef Camps this summer 2026!
The chefs at Mattison’s Forty-One will teach you culinary techniques and elaborate recipes from some of the best chefs around. Learn the finer cooking skills from grilling to saute to sauces and sides. Campers must wear closed toed shoes and tie back long hair.
Registration for Mattison’s Summer Chef Camp 2026 opens March 9th.
