Tamiami Tap

A Neighborhood Favorite. Family-Friendly.

Tamiami Tap opened at the end of December 2018 with the intent to become a place that locals consider their “Cheers” location here in Sarasota. We offer live music on Friday and Saturday nights, music trivia on Tuesday, and general knowledge trivia on Wednesday. We try to support local craft breweries and have a full bar. Our outdoor covered patio is dog-friendly, and seating is available until close. Our menu features traditional American fare crafted in-house.

We make all of our dressings and sauces in-house and work with local purveyors to source our products. We work with local charities such as Girls Inc. and Satchel’s Last Resort, and support both organizations through our Christmas Pop-up, Miracle at the Tap, which runs every year from Thanksgiving to New Year’s.
